In today’s post will do abs workout.

In this postI will tell you about 12 best Abs workouts

Which you can do anywhere. That to in 10 to 12 minutes.

Each exercise you need to perform for 40 seconds with a break of 20 seconds.

And whole workout I’ll do with you guys, you only need to follow me.

Come on let’s start our post.

The first exercise we are starting is Leg raise with scissors.

Just lay down on the floor

Lift both legs

Coming down

Cross

And lift it again

Cross

Whenever you lift legs breath out.

And In a little control way

No strains should come on your lower back squeeze you abs

Next exercise we’ll do is Leg pull crunches

And let’s see how we are going to perform it

To do this exercise just lay down on the floor

Both hands backward

Together with legs

And lift up upper body

Your both hands will touch your heels.

Squeeze and breath out

While doing muscle exercise you just need to remember,

your connection with muscles should be better, coordination must be good.

and do the exercise in a control way.

Now we are doing Plank leg lifts.

To do come in a high plank position .

Just lift one leg bring back and lift another.

Just keep doing .

Just remember don’t lift your hips much slow and steady.

With this let’s move on towards our next exercise which is Leg circles.

Exercise is very simple, only you need to perform it carefully.

Just raise your both legs and make a big circle.

While coming down you can hold it for one second and

keep doing normal breathing .

Just make sure your coordination must be good.

Focus on your core and keep doing.

I am sure you must be feeling a burn in your abs.

But keep doing the full exercise with me.

in which lower and upper body coordination is needed.

Try to bring your knees towards your chest and breath out.

Squeeze your abs and focus.

You will perform it slowly so that you can target on your muscle.

Five, four, three, two and one

Next exercise we’re doing is Star crunches

For doing star crunches you need to take a star position.

In which your both legs will be wide like this and both hands like this

After that lift one leg and lift opposite hand

Try touching your toes

Whenever you lift your arms and legs breath out

Squeeze abs

And with this our half workout is completed

For doing you need lift both legs , bring back then lift one leg and then another

Then both together

Whenever you lift just breath out and control

You’ll feel a intense burn in your core muscle from this exercise

Next exercise we’re doing is Up and over.

In this exercise we’re going to use dumbbell

Which we’ll keep on floor and

Sit in this way, just keep your both legs straight and

Once you’ll bring legs one side of the dumbbell and then opposite side.

And keep control

In whole exercise just get you don’t touch your legs down.

Keep doing normal breathing.

Focus on your core, just keep doing.

Let’s move to our next exercise.

Now we’re doing Side planks which is good for core strengthening.

Keep your body like this on your legs and elbow.

Keep doing normal breathing .

Your body will be in a straight in line.

After seconds we’ll change the position.

Same in that way here also, just hold

Focus

Keep performing with me because only 3 exercises are left.

With this we’re on our 10th exercise that is Knee held crunches

You need keep both legs in air like this and crunch

Squeeze as much as you can

And breath out

Both hands at the back of head like this

And squeeze , focus

Do this exercise lying on the floor , move your legs up and down.

Just remember try to keep your knees straight as much as possible

Just keep doing

Do it with a rhythm ,focus on your core

Keep doing normal breathing and just keep doing

And with this only one exercise is left

Today’s workout we’ll complete with Russian twists

In which you need to sit like this and twist on both sides

Whenever you go on sides breath out

Focus on your oblique muscle and keep doing continuously
