Do you also like peanut butter? Because I like it very much.
But why not prepare it at home and not buy from the market.
So anyone can eat it with different recipes.
So welcome to Xherciser and this is NGF NOMI.
And today we'll prepare home made peanut butter and with that,
I'll share 2 such recipes using that peanut butter which you can eat in breakfast or as a snack.
So let's make it.
Now since we've to prepare peanut butter so obviously we need peanuts.
So i took 250 gms of unsalted peanuts. I took these without skin
If you want you can take with skin and take it off after roasting it.
After that roast them on medium flame.
We're roasting these because after roasting, it's easier to extract it's oil.
You'll roast it for almost 5-7 minutes and after that your peanuts will start turning brown
And when they become little brown, turn off the gas and let peanuts normalize for few minutes.
Now since peanuts came to normal temperature, now we just need to grind them
And for that use the smallest jar which comes with mixer because peanuts will grind properly in that
We've to grind this 3-4 times and for the first time, we'll grind it for almost 30 seconds.
And after grinding it for 30 seconds, it will look like this In a powdered form.
You've to mix it a bit with spoon after every round.
And now because it is in powder form so now I'll add pinch of salt for some flavor.
And because it tastes good when it's a little sweet, so we'll add 2 spoon jaggery powder.
You can also add honey but I'll suggest you to avoid sugar.
Now again we'll grind it for 30 seconds.
Now you can see that peanuts started releasing little oil and it started becoming lumpy.
Now again grind it for 30-40 seconds.
So now you can see that much oil is released from the peanuts and now let's move to our final step.
So now it's a bit thick, so to make it consistent and smooth, I'm adding 2 spoons of peanut oil
And by adding oil, it will become consistent and we'll grind it once again.
And will grind it until it becomes in a liquid form.
So now you can see that our peanut butter is ready.
I just grind it for a bit more time to achieve this consistency.
Now we'll pour it in a jar
And now let's make 2 healthy and tasty recipes using this peanut butter.
In the first recipe, we're making quick peanut butter smoothie.
For which we'll take half apple, 30 gram oats
I'm adding some mixed seeds but if you don't have, you can skip it.
And now our homemade peanut butter 2 spoons.
But remember that as it donot contains any preservatives, so you've to store this peanut butter in refrigerator.
And 1 glass of water.
Now we'll grind it.
If you want, you can add handful of walnuts and almonds.
And you can consume this tasty peanut butter smoothie in breakfast or as an evening snack.
In 2nd recipe, we're making Oats pudding.
For which we'll take 30 gms oats and roast it for 2 minutes.
Don't roast it for too long and after that add milk.
After adding milk, boil it
And now oats are ready, let's pour them in a bowl.
After letting it cool down for 5 minutes, I'm adding half banana, some pomegranate, 1 spoon honey for taste
And finally 2 spoons of peanut butter.
So next time whenever you crave for peanut butter, prepare it at home and serve it to all
