But what we should drink? Cold drinks ?

squashes ? Something that can keep you refreshed

But Everybody knows that cold drinks are not healthy

And all the squashes, syrups that we buy from some market, they are full of sugars

So they are not healthy either.

And in today's video, I will share 4 summer drinks recipes to keep you refreshing

Which will keep you healthy too.

Let's start our post.

So the first drink we're making is watermelon cooler.

For this, we need watermelon, basil leaves, fresh Indian gooseberry

Honey, black pepper powder, and black salt.

So to make this, we will put the watermelon pieces inside the grinder.

We are not adding water to it, because we all know that watermelon is mostly water

We are adding some basil leaves, If you can't find basil leaves, you can use mint instead.

And because the drinks taste sweet, we will add two spoons of honey here.

And we are using healthy alternatives, we will not use sugar in this.

Pinch of black pepper powder,

And a little black salt.

Now we will grind this.

It has a lot of vitamins and minerals and it will keep you hydrated.

do not filter it to get all the benefits.

Now you will say I added seeds in it

But let me tell you watermelon seeds are the powerhouse of Nutrients.

So the next time when you feel like drinking something cold,

Instead of taking out cold drinks and packed juices, take out the watermelon.

And as you see it took me hardly 5 minutes to make it.

I am sure everyone likes Aam because it is my favorite.

So our next drink is Aam Panna.

But we will not cook to make Aam Panna.

Let's see what is that quick recipe.

And we need one Bowl of Aam,

Some mint leaves,

Lemon juice

Dates

Few ice cubes

And along with this black salt, Cumin powder ( jeera powder), and black pepper powder

Now, Let's make it

And simply we just have to put everything inside the grinder.

So here goes our Aam the king of fruits,

We will add some mint leaves

Which will help a lot in keeping your body cool.

And dates are one of the healthiest alternates of sugar

And 3 spoons of lemon juice.

It will boost immunity.

A little bit of cumin powder ( jeera powder), some black pepper powder

Some Black salt,

And we will add a glass of water

And few ice cubes

And simply we have to grind it.

It looks really tasty

And it is very good for immunity and digestion.

try it once upon my request, I am sure all your family members will be very happy.

The third drink is cold coffee without coffee

And I am sure you all must be surprised to hear this.

But let me tell you how we can make coffee without coffee powder.

We didn't t reqire anything

We just need chickpeas and we will roast them in the pan

Put them in a pan and roast them on medium flame.

And roast them till it becomes dark brown.

And it will take about 20 to 25 minutes.

It has been 20 to 25 minutes now let's turn off the gas.

And you will see that our chickpeas have become dark brown.

Like we needed and now we will leave it to cool for a while.

The chickpeas have cooled down, now we have to grind them to make powder.

But we will use the smallest jar of the mixer so that it becomes a very fine powder.

So the powder is prepared.

And you will see that its colour has become like coffee powder.

And I am sure when you drink it, you will feel its taste like coffee.

But without caffeine, so kids can also have it.

And we will store it in a jar.

And after that whenever you feel like having coffee

You can make it very easily and very quickly

It's time to make cold coffee now

For that, we already have our powder

We need a glass of milk

And some ice cubes

And simply we just have to put all this in the grinder.

Here we are using low-fat milk.

We will add half a spoon of powder.

If you want, you can add it more or less according to your test.

And because we want to keep it healthy, we are using dates instead of sugar.

Let's add some ice cubes.

And grind it.

just keep one thing in mind that when you make the powder in the grinder.

So you sieve it once so that it becomes a very fine powder.
