Here I am back with this newpost .

The way we talk about health and fitness on this channel, but

at the same time I would like to guide you all that health and fitness is not only about your physique,its also your

mind, hair, skin, internal organs etc. That’s why in

today's post  we will cover

skin care routine specially for men.

And i will tell you three easy path that you can make at your home for healthy and glowing skin

and with that if you are very serious about your skin health, there are few

Dos and Don'ts that you should follow

Let's start our post.

Before following any skin routine, it is very important to know what is your skin type

for that your can do many kinds of tests

but the best easy and simple way to find about your skin type is 'bare face method'

For that wash your face thoroughly, dry it and remember not to apply anything on your face

for about 45 minutes to 1 hour let it dry

after that check that if your face is shining, it means your face is oily

if you are experiencing roughness or skin being tight it means your skin is dry

and if you experience neither shine nor roughness it means your skin is normal

apart from these 3 skin type there is a type which is a combination of oily and dry skin

which can be identified if your forehead and nose has shine, which means your skin is combination type

now you must be familiar that there are 4 types of skin

and accordingly you can take care of your skin.

in the post I’m going to tell you about 3 types of face pack which suits all the skin types

The first of which is Coffee and Milk mask

To prepare add 1 tablespoon of coffee powder and some milk, but do remember to take raw milk

Add sufficient amount of milk to make a thick paste

After washing your face apply this paste and rest your face for 20 minutes

And wash your face with normal water afterwards.

Coffee contains anti-oxidants which help to reduce acne and pimples.

Coffee delays skin aging and helps brightening your skin

applying coffee pack also has one more benefit that it helps remove dark circles

cause caffeine improves blood circulation.

Also with that milk contains vitamin A which is very good for your skin health.

Milk removes excess oil and dirt from your skin and also acts as a natural moisturizer.

Apply this mask for twice or thrice a week,

it helps making your face wrinkle free and helps lightening uneven tone of the skin.

Second pack that i would like to suggest you all is Aloe Vera Gel Mask. And to prepare it

you would need fresh aloe vera gel, rose water, coconut oil and lemon juice

To prepare add 3 spoon rose water in aloe vera gel, 2 spoon coconut oil and 1 spoon lemon juice.

stir and mix thoroughly to make a paste.

For best results, apply this pack before going to bed, apply and massage gently and leave it overnight

Wash your face in the morning with normal water. Aloe vera gel is the most effective for men's skin

it has anti-microbial properties and keeps your skin hydrated.

Aloe vera gel has beta keratin, vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E helps repair collagen

which is primary protein of your skin

you will get results within three days of applying this mask

like brighten and smooth skin. If you have any type of inflammation on your skin

it will help reduce it. If you wish to brighten your skin, you can use De-Tan kit by USTRAA

Apply that paste at your face and gently massage your face for 5 minutes and let it rest for 15 minutes

and rinse your face afterwards with normal water

This mask is natural exfoliator meaning it could be used as a scrubber which removes dead skin from your face

if applied for once a day every week it repairs any skin damage from sun rays and smooths your skin

now lets understand what you should follow day to day of your life for healthy and glowing skin

first of all whenever you are out under the sun apply kind sunscreen because

you have to protect your skin with harmful UV rays.

For healthy and glowing skin, you should follow a daily routine which is CTM meaning

Cleansing Toning and Moisturizing i.e. wash your face with a mild wash everyday

You can use rose water for toning and keep your face moisturized every time.

ensure to wash your face after doing any physical activity every time.

if you wish for a long life healthy skin, good 6 to 8 hours of sleep is necessary

And you should incorporate some food in your daily life like fatty fish, nuts, green tea, honey

blue berries, orange, pomegranate, spinach, red and yellow bell pepper, olive oil, garlic turmeric and lemon

Now what should be avoided for the skin to stay glowing and healthy

First is smoking, because of nicotine your blood vessels shrinks and become narrow and blood circulation gets reduced.

because of which your collagen production is affected.

Second thing which you should avoid is sugar

consuming sugar causes your collagen fibers to stiff and do not get repaired causing skin damage

this process is called as glycation.

next is to avoid excessive drinking, which causes your skin to dehydrate making your skin pores to expand

because of which your skin gets damaged. And for a healthy skin you should avoid taking stress

taking stress increases your cortisol level cause of which your skin turns oily and oily skin is more prone to damage.

so managing stress is very important, and you should avoid using products which contains harmful chemicals like

paraben, sulphate etc.
