And we will prepare 5 healthy breakfast recipes

As breakfast is the first meal of the day, so it should be healthy and nutritious

At the same time, it should be filling so that it keeps you full for a long time and provide energy

All these things are kept in mind while preparing today's recipe

And all these are easy to cook

Let's start our post.

The first recipe is, egg and mushroom toast

For this, take 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan

Add some mushrooms and cook it properly

I am adding some basil leafs which is optional

Add 3 eggs in a composition of 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg

After adding eggs, cook it properly

Add a little salt and black pepper

And after 5 minutes, your egg and mushroom are ready

After this, toast 2 multigrain bread slices on a pan

After doing it, take toast on a plate

And add cooked egg and mushroom

And our delicious egg and mushroom toast is ready

The second quick recipe is a whey protein smoothie

For this, take a blender and add half an apple

Half scoop whey protein

Add 200 ml of water

And blend all these

And delicious whey protein smoothie is ready

For its preparation, take semolina (sooji) in a bowl

Add gram flour (besan)

And mix it after adding water

Add chopped beans

Chopped capsicum

Chopped onion

Pinch of salt

And a pinch of black pepper

Now mix it well

And make its batter

Take 1 teaspoon oil on a pan

And spread the batter on it properly

After this, cook it well from both the sides

And nutritious pancake (cheela) is ready

For its preparation, take 35 grams of oats in a pan

Add some water

And boil it

After cooking it, let it cool a bit

And add a pinch of cinnamon powder

Half banana

Kiwi

Pomegranate

And 1 teaspoon of mixed seeds

And here is our delicious oats pudding

And it will be tastier if you'll eat it after cooling it

Our 5th and last recipe is Saute paneer with vegetables

For its preparation, I have marinated 60-80 grams of paneer in salt and black pepper

Saute panner in a non-stick pan without oil

Take it out on a plate after it turns little brown in colour

Now add 1 teaspoon olive oil to a pan

Add carrot

Beans

Corns

Green capsicum

Red bell pepper

And yellow bell pepper

Use the vegetables which are available to you

Cook it well but don't cook it for too long because vegetables should remain crunchy

Add some salt

Some black pepper

And I am adding pasta seasoning to make it tasty

Now add sauteed paneer and mix it well

And our filling, colourful and super tasty dish is ready
