is stress.
All of our schedules have become so hectic in this busy lifestyle

But as your stress increases the cortisol level in your body also increases
and cortisol and testosterone are like enemies to each other.
If the cortisol level increases in your body
then your testosterone will reduce
and if you're testosterone level decreases then your oestrogen levels will increase.
That's why it is very important for us to manage our stress

do meditation, massages, yoga
apart from that, you should indulge yourself in outdoor activities like
Football, swimming, badminton etc.

The third habit is
Excessive drinking of alcohol.
Drinking alcohol occasionally is fine but

So we should rely on home made food as much as possible
and the people who do not eat fat in their diet
they have to understand that good fat is very necessary.
